U tomislavgradskoj spomen-bazilici večeras je upriličen veličanstveni glazbeno-scenski događaj pod nazivom “Krunidba kralja Tomislava” – oratorij, koji je sastavni i ujedno središnji dio proslave velikoga jubileja 1100. obljetnice krunidbe prvoga hrvatskog kralja Tomislava.
Događaj je okupio brojne sumještane, goste iz drugih krajeva BiH i Hrvatske te visoka izaslanstva.
Oratorij je izveden unutar bazilike, dok je ispred bazilike bio postavljen veliki videozid uz pripremljena sjedeća mjesta za sve posjetitelje. Zahvaljujući tehničkoj i organizacijskoj pripremljenosti, svi prisutni su mogli u potpunosti uživati u izvedbi.
– Ovo sam željela vidjeti u Tomislavgradu. Prošlo je dosta vremena kako je ovaj događaj najavljivan i planirala sam doći. Radosna sam što sam to i uspjela, govori nam gošća iz Zagreba.
– Bože, hvala ti što smo ovakvo nešto mogli vidjeti i čuti u našem gradu. Sretna sam i ponosna, govori nam jedna sumještanka.
Podsjećamo, glazbeno-scensku legenda o krunidbi kralja Tomislava na tekst Mire Gavrana, skladao je pijanist Darko Domitrović. Djelo je režirao Robert Raponja, a u praizvedbi su sudjelovali zbor i narator HNK Mostar, solisti HNK Zagreb i Simfonijski orkestar Mostar, oko 100 sudionika, koji su kroz umjetnički izričaj oživjeli trenutke iz 925. godine – kada je Tomislav, prema legendi, okrunjen za kralja upravo na Duvanjskom polju.
Nositelj projekta je Vijeće Matice hrvatske u Bosni i Hercegovini, a održan je pod visokim pokroviteljstvom predsjednika Hrvatskog sabora i predsjednika Hrvatskog narodnog sabora Bosne i Hercegovine.
Tekst zaključujemo riječima iz spomenutoga oratorija koje govori o slavnoj povijesti hrvatskoga naroda: “Molim te Stvoritelju da ne postanem ispražnjeno tijelo bez snova i nade”.
